Bad credit & buying a home don't always go together, but just having bad credit doesn't necessarly mean you can't buy a home.

First, with the recent economic times the banks have tightened their lending requirements, (although we are seeing some loosing of these tight guidelines) making it tougher to get a mortgage.

But people with lower Beacon Scores (how your credit is measured) can still get the money they need to buy a home.
